I show an example of OMAD Vegan (one meal a day + plant-based diet) My meal for Dec 8th 2016 was: * green juice * blackberries * salad with kidney / pinto / black beans * 2 sloppy Joes made with lentils and Manwich (served on Kroger / Private Selection onion buns) (with steamed broccoli and baby dill pickles on the side) Note: this was my first time making this in a pressure cooker.
