I have severe ME/CFS and the DWP are yet again hassling me to prove I am unwell and unfit for work. This is the "Limited Capability for Work Questionnaire" I have to fill in. It asks questions which in no way convey the limits or severity of my illness. People are being to driven to desperation over this form and many ill and disabled people are being left destitute as their benefits are being taken off them. These forms are in no way adequate to allow us to describe our ME & how it impacts on our life & there is a knack to filling them in, of which I dont go into here. However, the Citizens Advice Bureau or Welfare Rights can help you to do this sucessfully.
