As I continue to examine the ideas of what it means to decolonize & open up my spiritual practice & teaching platforms, we took a moment together this morning, on the eve of the final Cancer/Capricorn eclipse for many years, to cultivate a deeper methodology of listening, claiming our seats as seekers & using discernment, not as a weapon but as a tool to bless ourselves & clear a path of service in the infinite newness that we are collectively experiencing. Also, in this mini class, I share a bit of my current situation: dreams, finances, releasing legacies of bad romance & realizing one can be both more & less available simultaneously 🤣🤣🤣 Enjoy. We are in this together. As always, your practice is important & it is my honor to sit with you 💗 The Kundalini Meditation shared here is The Reverse Adi Shakti: Part 1 Posture: Bring the right hand above the crown of the head 6 to 9 inches, like you are blessing yourself. The left hand is by the shoulder, palm facing forward like a pledge; like you are blessing the Universe. Breath: Breathe long, slow and deep. Breathe consciously. If you are doing it correctly. the taste in your mouth will change. Eyes: The eyes are closed. Roll the eyes down and look at the chin. Keep this eye position throughout the three parts. Comments: Here you are mentally and hypnoti­cally blessing yourself. This self-blessing is to affect and correct the magnetic field. It is said that doing this exercise will hurt if you have a lot of anger. Self-help is very difficult for those who are angry. After doing this exercise for 5 minutes your muscles may start hurting if your diet is improper. The taste in your mouth will change if you are breathing correctly. Time: 11 minutes To End: Inhale and transition into Part 2. Part 2 Position: Extend the arms straight out parallel to the ground with the palms facing down. Straighten the arms tight and stretch. Effects: This will strengthen the heart and open the heart center. Time: 3 minutes To End: Inhale deep and raise arms into position for Part 3. Part 3 Position: Raise the arms straight up and stretch. Palms are flat and face forward . Do not bend the elbows. Time: 3 minutes To End: Inhale deep and hold tight for 15 seconds. Stretch. Lift the spine. Exhale with Cannon Breath. Repeat 3 times. Music: Recite the Praises by Singh Kaur
