Microsoft plans for the future, Sony plans for now if you haven't noticed. I was right about TitanFall dieing fast, im right about this. Also, I dont wanna hear about resolution ever again, if you were never told the game your playing wasn't "real" 1080p I guarantee you wouldn't notice or even care. Consoles dont just blowup the image to "make it fit", it uses upscaling technology to enhance the image on the fly. If you look at this video, its upscaled from 900p, can you tell? All of my 1080p video are upscaled. Titanfall was upscaled from 720p & it looks great. Now that I told you, do you notice? I didnt mention why Xbox One resolution for most games are lower than PS4, its because of Anti-Aliasing, something PS4 doesnt have. If you dont know what AA is, google it, it basically gives the game smooth edges. AA is a KILLER on any graphics card if its turned up, but at a lower resolution, it'll runs very smooth. Titanfall has AA, Watch Dogs has AA. They sacrificed native 1080p now because they know xbox will soon let them stream the rest (lighting, flares, smoke, etc) to the next gen consoles. Now about DirectX12, some say DX12 will change nothing because the hardware has to support it. Mafucka, MICROSOFT OWNS DX12!! They already have the technology implemented, its just locked off until their ready, duh. At the end of the day....
