@Strange UFO craft on the back of a truck

Caught on my dashcam in Devon, UK, directly next to Exeter airport. Couldn't make out exactly what it was, but it looked like some heavy military type thing balanced on a purpose built 45° cradle and resembled a typical UFO flying saucer object.
