This one was a tough one! Of all the hotdogs we ate in New York City, and trust us there were a few, we did narrow it down between two big players - Crif Dog out in East Village and Papaya Dog, a big favourite of our King Anthony Bourdain! BUT our overall favourite did have to be Papaya Dog, the bun was so amazing, the little dog was delicious, the condiments were all there for the taking and look, lets be honest, if something is going to be $2 USD for a good little feed on the go we're right there! But please, lets not take away from Crif Dog, the awesome little hole in the wall - we're suckers for these little places! The chick servicing was the best (and it was her birthday!), the menu was huge and the SNAP that come with that little Meat in Tube Form... oh just take us back.... Perhaps we are a bit of a fence sitter! Meanwhile, not sure if you have the troubles we do at Starbucks, but "Darren" and "Renee" just never translate - regardless of the city. Introducing Dan & Britney/Rebecca, depending on the day - we had to share! New York City, you had us running around the place looking for the best holes in wall to just stuff our faces with some of the best food - we're not ones for Broadway, unless there is a hotdog vendor there!
