Moisturizing Deep Conditioner For Dry Hair Hey guys, so in order to make my moisturizing deep conditioner for dry hair, I like to use a sample pack of either ORS Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner or of the Creme of Nature Olive Oil Intensive Conditioning Treatment. Usually, the sample pack isn't enough for my hair so I like to dilute it with a Moisturizing Tresemme Conditioner. And then I like to add about 1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I also like to add Castor Oil and about 5 drops of my tea tree, peppermint and jojoba oil to my deep conditioner. Also if I was trying to save money, I would make my deep conditioner by just using my Moisturizing Tresemme Conditioner and adding 1-2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil to it. Extra Virgin Olive oil is high in monounsaturated essential fatty acids and vitamin E, as well as common fatty acids such as palmitic acid, oleic acid, squalene, and terpenes. This means they soften and smooth. They do this by forming a film on the surface of the hair to lubricate and decrease snagging and tangling. While the emollients act as a natural conditioner, the vitamin E fights off the free-radical damage from sunlight and pollution. Castor oil is the best oil to enrich your scalp. It contains ricinoleic acid and omega-6 fatty acids and therefore when massaged onto the scalp it helps in increasing the blood circulation which improves hair growth
