This is the work of Mason's Heating & Cooling, Inc. Chesapeake, VA on a First American Home Buyers Protection repair. It took a month to get a/c. The supervisor was a no-show after being notified of this hack job and making a follow up appointment. I am active duty and had to take time off to be there for them never to show back up. I also had to pay $1500 of "non covered fees" they claimed, that now appear to supposed to have been covered. First American Home Buyers Protection is also a worthless company who will put you in circular arguments with script reading hacks at a call center in south america.
