The War in Bosnia finished 12 years ago. The country was then split in two and so it has remained all these years. The war stopped but guns continue to be heard. Criminals rule the country: the real ones + the corrupted politicians. People are getting poorer and poorer, except for the few (the above mentioned). A teen was killed last week and he was killed by three other teens. This tragic death moved people and finally kicked them in the a** to go in the streets. Protests have been organized on the internet and last Wednesday, there were around 2500 people. Today, a new protest gathered only around 1000 of them (at best). I hope that an awakening will happen and that my people will rise and fight against our own politicians that maintain the country in poverty, corruption and sick life atmosphere where the criminals serve as models and where crimes remain unpunished. While people starve... (this cover is for my blog but I had to upload it here first). Pictures are from the two protests. The next is planned for next Saturday. Protesters ask the Cantonal Gvrmt to leave. PS: This is a really quick take on Ben's great song. I was so angry at the situation today that I just needed to do the song.
