Astrovision © 1981 [Console] Bally Astrocade Emulator: MAME 0.226 This is a nice arcade port. You're supposed to protect your space fortress as all four sides are under attack. Shoot down the occasional tie-fighter flying around as well as knocking out the fireball spewing cannons. It's fast and furious and the explosion sounds are terrific. I'm not sure its good or bad that you can basically shoot almost as fast as you want in any direction, but as levels ramp up… it does come in handy. BOOOOM! EXPLODE! Loud in your face game.
