Spectre Systems © 1982 [Console] Bally Astrocade Emulator: MAME 0.226 This is an attempt to bring the Missile Command experience to the home front on the Bally Astrocade. It sometimes feels like it, but most of the time just doesn't quite measure up. For one, it seems there aren't many missiles that start to drop in on you at the beginning, but seems like you mostly go after individual ships that want to also drop extra bombs. The worst thing about it, though, is going to far down on the screen has a wrap-around to where your aiming cursor then appears at the TOP of the screen. That messed me up more than once, and is just terrible programming. It's a little slow-paced too… game drags on. Not bad, but could've been a contender. Coulda been somebody!
