visakhthefried's video: Audi RS 5 2014

@Audi RS 5 2014
Audi India has launched the face-lifted performance coupe at Rs 95.28 lakh (ex-showroom Maharashtra). The refreshed Audi RS5 continues to be powered by the 4.2-litre FSI engine that develops 456PS of power and 430Nm torque and can power the luxury sports coupe from 0-100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and onwards to an electronically limited top speed of 280km/h. The engine is mated to a seven-speed S tronic dual clutch gearbox that can shift gears automatically, while the driver can take control via paddle shifters for manual gear changes during sporty driving. While its powertrain remains the same, the 2013 model features cosmetic enhancements such as new angular headlamps with daytime running LEDs that are in tune with Audi's new family look. The car gets more pronounced bonnet contours, new LED tail lights, a restyled grille, reshaped front and rear bumpers and a new design for the 20-inch alloy wheels. Interior styling changes include a new flat-bottomed RS three-spoke steering wheel along with detailing tweaks to the air conditioning controls, Multi Media Interface, mirror adjustment and electric window switchgear, the gear lever and the instrument stalks. The most noticeable enhancements are the addition of Bluetooth phone connectivity, cruise control, a DVD-based satellite navigation and iPod connection to the standard equipment list for this updated model. In India, the Audi RS5 competes against the likes of the Jaguar XFR, the BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe which is a diesel unlike the RS5 and XFR but is has more torque than the Audi and falls in the same price bracket, then there is the less powerful but similarly priced Mercedes-Benz CLS 350 and the Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG. SAFETY Vorsprung durch Technik doesn't stop at power, performance and legendary Audi handling. We push the boundaries of safety, constantly looking for new ways to protect you and your passengers. Airbags Adaptive technology improves on the original airbag concept significantly. In the event of a collision, the level of impact and the position of the seat are considered and the deployment force of the airbag is adjusted accordingly. Front and side airbags for both the driver and front passenger are available as standard across all A5 and S5 models. Seat belts If there's a head-on collision, the three-point inertia reel seat belts tighten to strap you to your seat more securely, limiting excessive movement caused by momentum. Audi Backguard head restraints The Audi Backguard system is designed into the body of the seat and counteracts the dangers of whiplash injuries to the neck and head in the event of a rear-end collision. Extending rear spoiler The extending rear spoiler is integrated into the luggage compartment lid. To increase downforce at high speed, the spoiler extends automatically at high speeds. It is retracted again when the car reduces speed. The rear spoiler can also be activated or deactivated by pressing a button on the centre console. Read more: http://www.audi.co.uk/new-cars/a5.html
