Hoy en Vivir Bien hacemos un Pan de Espelta Casero con Thermomix. Puedes hacerlo con otra procesadora de alimentos. O amasando a mano incluso, aunque puede ser más cansado y laborioso. Ingredientes para el Pan de Espelta: • 350 g de agua • 10 g de sal (2 cucharaditas rasas) • 25 g de levadura prensada fresca de panadería • 450 g de harina de espelta integral • 150 g de harina de trigo integral • 40 g de semillas variadas (sésamo, lino, pipas de calabaza, de girasol, ...)
