I love music samples, blame Daft Punk, they got me fascinated with them. I recreate samples from songs as a pass time and also as kind of a musical exercise. I decided to share one of the recreations I've done of a sample in a song I like, On Hold by The XX. Turns out it's just a Hall and Oates clip with a filter and pitch shifted down. Huh.
