David O. Belcher was officially installed as Western Carolina University's 11th chancellor Thursday, March 29, 2012 in the Liston B. Ramsey Regional Activity Center. Students, Staff and delegates from across North Carolina attended the ceremony to honor Belcher. The ceremony concluded a week of activities held to honor WCU's new chancellor and his wife Susan and to celebrate WCU's students, faculty, staff, alumni and community partners. This video was streamed live and produced by TV 62, WCU's student run television station.
