Thanks for watching Game: Bad Dudes vs. Dragonninja System: Arcade Version: (US, revision 1) This is the longplay of the game Bad Dudes vs. DragonNinja, action beat 'n up game developed and distributed by Data East, released for Arcades in 1988 and then for home consoles. This is the Arcade version. The game takes place in Washington, D.C. The news headlines scream KIDNAPPED and the nation is paralyzed and in shock. Is it really possible that the president was kidnapped by ninjas? Yes, President Ronnie (based on US President, Ronald Reagan) was kidnapped by a group of ninjas called DragonNinja. The game's introduction begins with the following sentence: "Rampant ninja related crimes these days... Whitehouse is no exception". Once this occurs, a Secret Service agent asks two street brawlers, the "Bad Dudes" named Blade and Striker: "President Ronnie has been kidnapped by ninjas. Are you a bad enough guy to rescue Ronnie?" After hearing this, the Bad Dudes, who seem to be fans of a good fight, chase the DragonNinja through the streets of New York with the aim of saving the President of the United States. In the game, we control the characters Blade and Strike, two men who are very similar, you might even think they are identical twin brothers, since the only difference between them is the color of their pants. The characters can punch, kick and use weapons like the dagger and nunchaku, as well as items like clocks to increase time and Power Cola to restore life (the items only appear when we defeat the red colored Ninjas). In addition to normal attacks, brawlers can use a powerful fire punch, where it is necessary to hold the attack button for a few seconds and release, very effective against bosses. It's a game with a very 80's feel, reminiscent of the action movies of that decade, where the script was simple but the writers always had a maneuver to try to make something impactful.
