After this Allison is pretty much cold with him, asking him to stay away from her. Alec apologized to her but didn't tell him why he was so mean, he didn't admit that he has feelings for her. Allison has feelings for him too, even dreaming about him, but didn't tell him for fear of being rejected, believing that he hates her. As time goes they learn to trust each other, until the day when Allison gets killed during a mission. She confesses to him before dying that she's in love with him, and he also do... but too late.
