This is a tutorial for the fast and long serve. This serve is an extremely useful serve in matches to catch your opponent off guard, and it forces your opponents to be always thinking about this serve and it will throw them off their game. Almost all professionals use this type of serve from time to time just to change things up. A tutorial for backspin and no spin serves. Both serves can be done with the same motion. This is a serve that is used extensively by the Chinese. The basic idea is to be able to produce a serve from no spin to heavy backspin and any amount of spin in between with the same motion. If you can control the contact point of the ball with the rubber, this serve will be very effective in matches.
