En la serie, no solo aparecieron todos los personajes originales (Winnie Pooh, Puerquito, Tigger, Cangu, Rito, Igor, Buho, Conejo, Christopher Robin, y sobre todo Topo "quien fue realmente creado por Disney cuando se adapto a Winnie Pooh por primera vez en la animacion"), sino tambien algunos exclusivos como Junior Efelante y su familia, Kessie, la Arrendajo Azul, y dos villanos exclusivos para la adaptacion; Hef el Efelante y Stan la Warta, quienes en sus apariciones, trataban de robar miel "como lo hacen Efelantes y Wartas en los cuentos infantiles de Winnie Pooh, escritos por A.A. Milne".
