So those are the business strategies of the firm the companies need an entire executive ranks and employee professional culture that supports those movements. We believe that the IT organisations need to shift from their traditional inside out mind set to being much more focused on the front of the firm. But the biggest changers are in the rest of the organisation particularly senior management; which means they recognise that IT really does matter and it's part of their job to make sure that large-scale digital initiatives are successful.
