The conversation about governance is certainly being held between leaders within organisations of all sorts; that's public, private, third sector organisations. And it's people who have non-executive responsibilities and executive responsibilities. It's all the people who support them in enabling them to be effective as well. So it's a whole raft of different stakeholders who have to be what we would call situationally intelligent, they have to talk about the way in which they could enable the governance agenda in their particular organisation. This morning, we've heard a lot about the difference between, different cultures, we've heard about, creating a corporate governance ethos in all parts of the world. And clearly there isn't one right answer - there isn't one way of actually delivering corporate governance, you know, it varies depending on your context.
