It’s a self-fuelling energy, in many respects if you want to engage with the planet you've gotta wake up and engage with it! And particularly right now it just feels very special where we are at BridgeStreet and I'm not just simply promoting the company but we're in a very, transformative stage where we're creating a market place, it's very data and tech driven so it's very now and the intervals of change are so dynamic I mean think about eight years ago there was no iPhone. Today it's a core part of what we interact with, that these intervals of change are going to be exponential by all accounts, listening to the pundits and all the brighter people than I. And that's what keeps you going. That's what keeps you going to grow your business and expand in business in an environment where there are no barriers. You can trade pretty much anywhere, as long as you’ve got a good product. When you've got a good product you survive. So that is the essence of survival, and that's what keeps you waking up every day.
