zakid's video: Corridors of Time Chrono Trigger arr Yui Morishita - piano transcription

when you thought zohar's arrangement was challenging enough. Between Christmas period and moving flats I don't have much playing time recently, but I hope you enjoy this transcription in the meantime. The transcription itself was surpisingly pleasant - despite the arrangement difficulty, I found it to be quite straightforward. The harmony is simple, the right hand ostinatos are the exact same throughout the piece and left hand plays single notes most of the time alternating between the melody and the bass. The main difficulty was in presentation of parts of the score. I spent also some time on measure 16, I am not 100% sure if I correctly split the last three melody notes between left/right hand. I believe that is how Mr Morishita is playing it and I also found it to be the most playable. I forgot to add a few word about the arrangement, needless to say arrangements from Morishita never fail to impress me and this might have become my favorite piano cover of this piece.
