В середине 1980-х годов, в живописном месте, на берегу красивого озера была начата стройка санатория с тремя корпусами, баней, гаражом, водонапорной башней и прочими хозяйственными постройками. Грянула "перестройка" и проект начал буксовать. А с развалом великого и могучего Советского Союза стройка окончательно остановилась и не была завершена. И вот уже более 30 лет этот недострой времён СССР постепенно разрушается и умирает. А ведь всё могло быть иначе. И сейчас здесь кипела бы курортно-оздоровительная жизнь.
