OH press a/band 3x15 2b. Lateral raises w/ weights 3x10 (Rest 30 seconds) 3a. Single arm banded row 3x12 each 3b. Modified pushups 3x10 (Rest 30 seconds) 4a. Banded row 3x15 4b. Banded chest fly’s 3x15 5a. Alternating bicep curls w/band 3x10-15 5b. Single arm overhead tricep extensions 3x15 each
