Follow me on IG @overthehilldunker Thought I’d share this in case anyone is looking for a great tasting and nutritious protein shake to go along with their vertical jump training. Ingredients: -12 oz water (or almond milk, etc.) -2 bananas -2 spoonfuls of Adams peanut butter (almond butter would work too) -2 scoops of chocolate whey protein (i use vanilla sometimes as well) -2 cups of ice Nutrition Information: -Makes 2 servings of approx 20 oz -18 grams of fat -35 grams of carbs (mostly from the bananas…if carbs are a concern just use 1 banana) -35 grams of protein -430 calories I drink one every morning after my workout. I drink the other one for a snack, dinner, or sometimes save for the next day. Cost is approx $1.25 per 20 oz serving Tastes fantastic and is easy and quick to make. Give it a try!
