Hello Dynamic Stars! Hope you're having a great day, week, weekend, evening, month! :-) This is a QUICK video focused on WHY we cook for our ancestors who are bloodline to us. In this video, I'm making Arroz con Pollo and a sour cream cake for one of my ancestors. Why? Because that ancestor of mine LOVED these foods. This is another way to get closer to your ancestors. As you give them your time and energy they come closer and speak to you about your life and things you can do. They speak through ALL five of your senses so you may not HEAR them, you may smell cigar smoke -- give them a cigar. You may smell a perfume, or a cologne one of your ancestors wore, spray some on your altar for them. Cooking for them is another way to open up lines of communication with them.
