Hello everyone!! Hope this finds you well in your mind and body. Here's me sharing a song that I wrote during the lockdown. It's the first self-written song that I'm sharing with you, and I am thrilled!!!!! I really hope you like it. I have spent a lot of time in the past worrying, thinking about the future, about my career, feeling bad about myself, and then going down the rabbit-hole of procrastination. But when the pandemic happened, so much of this became meaningless. What is anything even, if we're not healthy in our minds and bodies, I wondered. I started embracing all that I was feeling. I spent hours to no end at my terrace gazing at all the beauty that surrounds me. In this video I've tried to capture all the things that have brought me solace during the lockdown: from singing, to playing the guitar, taking care of plants, spending time with my dog Tata, gazing at the skies day after day (watching clouds drift, lightning, trees dancing, watching new branches emerge in the trees around me, the birds), reading, journaling, and just feeling alive during the mundane life. When I get out of quarantine, I know I won't be the same person as I used to be before it. I think I speak for a lot of us when I say that. So that's my story, and I really hope you enjoy this song, as I had a great time recording this, and editing the video.
