@THE SCREAM NO ONE ANSWERED - the bystander effect
Hello everyone! In this video, I will talk about the Kitty Genovese murder case, how the bystander effect played a major role in it and how this psychological phenomenon might prevent people from offering help in the case of an accident, a murder or any other kind of crime. The phenomenon occurs as people don’t want to make themselves look like a fool to other people and because there is a diffusion of responsibility. Also, I have to apologize for taking so much time before I was able to upload a new video. I have started my master at the university, I am working one day per week as a chatbot specialist and I’m starting a restaurant / bar on the university campus while trying to maintain a social life and proper health. My next video will be about how we might be heading to a future of extremism due to social media. Subscribe to receive a notification when I put it online!
