Chadwick Armstrong's video: The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez Review

The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez is a 6 part Documentary series about the murder and abuse of an 8 year old boy by his mother and her boyfriend. The series is incredibly difficult to watch and hear but is necessary to see what this poor kid lived through. His mother was a monster. Her boyfriend was a monster. He slipped through everyones fingers and no one was able to save him or even cared enough to make sure he was okay. The murderers weren't the only people to blame, social workers, police officers, teachers and family all have blood on their hands. The series shows that the child safety network isn't working and children are falling through the cracks, something must be done. This little boy should be alive and healthy, however he's an example of what not to do in the system. Incredibly difficult to watch.
