This means that the wallpaper picture will hug the wooden frame. I had a few wallpaper samples that I had planned to use to decorate some rooms with, however I never got round to doing it, as a result, these samples have just been laying around in the corner... until now! An easy and almost free of cost way to decorate your walls. I say almost because the wallpaper samples are free but you have to buy the timber for the frame, though this is very low cost when compared to buying a all canvas picture outright.
