Gigadad's video: How Wheelies Damage Your Motorcycle

@How Wheelies Damage Your Motorcycle
I hope this video was helpful to all viewers and gave you a good idea of what wheelies do to your bike. First I listed that wheelies cause fork wear and tear. Especially if you land a wheelie hard on the front end. Being smooth is key to prevent this. A year after rebuilding my forks they start leaking again just from so many wheelies and aggressive riding. Next is chain and sprocket wear. Wheelies will cause more wear on these components due to the extra force being applied. Lubing your chain is a helpful preventative measure to ensure longer chain life. Clutch wear and tear is a big one for wheelies. Slipping it a lot in second gear will decrease the life of your clutch. This part isn't very expensive if you replace it yourself though. I have 30k miles on my original clutch and my bike has no slippage. I also forgot to mention that wheelies in general are just hard on motorcycles. Its not going to destroy your bike, but it is stunting, and stunning takes its toll. Its hard on the engine and suspension, no to mention the transmission and all the gears. That being said guys, ENJOY your motorcycles. Thats why you own them right? Not just to look pretty but to have the time of your life. If wheelies or stunting gives you this pleasure, then I say go for it. Just always be sure to take care of your baby and be safe! //////////////////////////////////////////\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\💯 Follow on Instagram 📷 @streetbikesforever http://instagram.com/streetbikesforever Email 📧 streetbikesforever@gmail.com Like on Facebook 📲 http://www.facebook.com/StreetBikesForever Follow on Twitter 🐥 https://twitter.com/StreetBikesEver Follow on Tumblr 🙌 https://www.tumblr.com/blog/streetbikesforever YouTube Channel 🎥 http://www.youtube.com/user/StreetBikesForever Check out my photographer on Instagram 📷📲 @sad_gucci http://instagram.com/sad_gucci Feel free to message me about anything!
