Fermentationist's video: Remodeling My New House into a Fermentation YouTube and Insta Studio Part 2

I'm so happy that I took the time to film these time-lapse videos as I demo my house and then remodel it. I was starting to feel slow moving on this process and then I watched this video and it gave me a renewed sense of accomplishment. This video shows my office and kitchen demo. Most of the work is stripping out the old flooring of carpet, plywood, linoleum, and glue to reveal unfinished heart pine floors. They are gorgeous and will look beautiful once I finish them - that's the next video! I work full time so I'm having to do this project after work and on the weekends. I got bids from a few hardwood floor companies and some of them told me they would put down a chemical that dissolves the glue. No. I didn't work with anyone who recommended that. Instead, I scraped the heck out of that glue and tried to get as much off the wood as possible in preparation for sanding and finishing. I'm impatient to get my fermentation YouTube/Insta studio up and functioning. My friend is making a table for me as I type this.
