Happy Valentines day my friends! 💕 ❤ Post what recipes you've made here! https://www.reddit.com/r/IssaGrill/ ❤ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/issagrill ❤ TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@issagrill ❤ Business: hello.issagrill@gmail.com Beef Marinade - 2lbs Outside Round Beef Oven Roast - 2 tablespoon honey - salt and pepper * Marinate 30 min Stew - 2 strips of thick cut bacon - Marinated beef - 1/2 large sweet onion sliced - 1/4 cup carrot sliced (+ more if you want to stew it later in time so it's not mushy) - 4 garlic cloves chopped - 1 tablespoon tomato paste - 2 tablespoon all purpose flour - 2 cups beef broth - 2 cups red wine (I used Cabernet Sauvignon) - bouquet garni (2 sage sprigs, 5 thyme, 1 rosemary) - water to almost cover meat - salt and pepper - honey (if you find your stew needs more sweetness, this all depends on the beef broth wine you are using, I didn't have to add any but the Anime says to add if you need) *Bring the stew ingredients to a boil then turn to low heat (4/10) for 2 hours covered with lid. For a thicker gravy you must take out the beef and reduce the sauce by cooking it more without the lid. Strain your gravy for a beautiful looking sauce! Garnish - 1 cup mushroom cut into 1/4ths - 1/2 tablespoon butter - salt and pepper - steamed cauliflower - you may also add in pearl onions which is typical in the classic French version of Boeuf Bourguignon
