Katee Sackhoff's video: 10 Min FULL BODY Workout Challenge by Men s Crossfit Champ Noah Ohlsen

So I watched "The Fittest" documentary, and it got me all amped up about trying to be super fit (which is why I love watching them), and that led me to Noah Ohlsen's IG where I found this little nugget of a workout 😓 Noah got 2nd place at the 2019 Crossfit Games, and by completing this workout, I have now qualified for the 2020 Games. That's how this works...right? Let me know in the comments how much time you had left or how many reps you had left when you finished! Either way you kicked butt and got stronger, healthier, and with those endorphins flowing, happier! ps. be careful of the Reverse Burpees if you try this! We did them in the last workout too and you wanna be careful not to hurt your neck. WORKOUT: - 10 Min Time-cap with Set Reps - 1 Round - 6 Exercises * 60 Jumping Jacks * 50 Butterfly Situps * 40 Split Jump Lunges * 30 Jump Squats * 20 Pushup Shoulder Taps * 10 Reverse Burpees I realized that since I'm working out at home anyway, I might as well share the routines I do with you guys so you can workout out with me!
