Sabzavotlarni kattaroq idishga solib, ustiga mayda to’g’ralgan ukrop, sarimsoq solinadi. Keyin keyidan mayonez, limon sharbati, shakar va tabga ko’ra tuz qo’shiladi va yaxshilab aralashtiriladi.
