I’m going to show you a workout routine to build your booty and hamstrings. We will be using ankle weights to add resistance, which is optional. Lift it up so it’s parallel to the floor, and you’re going to bend the knee in, and press it out. You’re just kicking it straight back. Flex your foot, so that you get your booty engaged more. Think of leading with the heal. We’re going to do about 15 here. Booty Lifts Point your toe, and you’re going to lower it to the floor, and lift. We’re going to do all exercises on one side, then switch sides. The booty is already burning. We do 15 here. Rainbows Now you’re going to do little rainbows, so you’re going to extend that leg out to the side, and lift it up and over. It’s like a half circle. We’re going to do 10 of these. Just lift and over. This works the inner and outer thighs also. Booty Press Now extend that leg out, curl it and press it out to the ceiling. Think of making a foot print on the ceiling. Leg Curl Now, we’re going to do hamstring curls. You curl it in and extend. Think of lengthening through that leg. Create that resistance. Let’s side back in child’s pose before we go to the other side. You can rock your hips side to side to get a good stretch.
