In today's episode of the FRONT I'm talking about the benefits of hard work. When we work hard, it allows us to see more success, this creates my philosophy of "work to win!" The word work, is a verb. Which means it's an action. You have to DO SOMETHING to make something else happen. In fact here is the actual dictionary definition. WORK - Is an activity involving mental or physical effort done in order to achieve a purpose or result. Work takes effort. It takes effort in anything we do to accomplish something. To reap the benefits of hard work, you have to understand the purpose behind your work. Ask yourself this question: "What do you enjoy about what you do?" If you can't find anything, maybe it's because of what you are focused on. You are focused on the everyday and not the outcome.
