Asus has just announced a new budget smartphone in Brazil for an eye watering price of approximately 211 USD. The device is running on Quad Core MediaTek MT6580 clocked at 1.3 Ghz with Mali 400MP2 Graphics. It's 5 inch screen just has HD resolution at 1280x720, RAM is 2GB LPDDR3, 16GB Internal Storage with microSD slot. There are 2 cameras 8Mpix with LED flash and 2Mpix front, there is no LTE support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS support. There is, however, built in digital tv receiver. It weights 140g and running on Android 5.1 Lollipop with Zen UI 2.0.
