#वैशाखी _of_sikhi _Sahib Singh #बैशाखी #वैशाखी_की_शुभकामनाएं #पंजाबी_त्यौहार #वैशाख_माह #बधाइयां #मुबारकबाद #१३_अप्रैल _festival _festival बैसाखी का अर्थ वैशाख माह का त्यौहार है। यह वैशाख सौर मास का प्रथम दिन होता है। बैसाखी वैशाखी का ही अपभ्रंश है। इस दिन गंगा नदी में स्नान का बहुत महत्व है। हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश में बैसाखी पर्व पर भारी मेला लगता है। बैसाखी के दिन सूर्य मेष राशि में संक्रमण करता है । इस कारण इस दिन को मेष संक्रान्ति भी कहते है। इसी पर्व को विषुवत संक्रान्ति भी कहा जाता है। बैसाखी पारम्परिक रूप से प्रत्येक वर्ष 13 या 14 अप्रैल को मनाया जाता है। यह त्योहार हिन्दुओं, बौद्ध और सिखों के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। वैशाख के पहले दिन पूरे भारतीय उपमहाद्वीप के अनेक क्षेत्रों में बहुत से नव वर्ष के त्यौहार जैसे जुड़ शीतल, पोहेला बोशाख, बोहाग बिहू, विशु, पुथण्डु मनाये जाते हैं। बैसाखी के पर्व की शुरुआत भारत के पंजाब प्रांत से हुई है और इसे रबी की फसल की कटाई शुरू होने की सफलता के रूप में मनाया जाता है। पंजाब और हरियाणा के अलावा उत्तर भारत में भी बैसाखी के पर्व का बहुत महत्व है। इस दिन गेहूं, तिलहन, गन्ने आदि की फसल की कटाई शुरू होती है। वैसाखी ,गुरू अमर दास द्वारा चुने गए तीन हिंदू त्योहारों में से एक है, जिन्हें सिख समुदाय द्वारा मनाया जाता है। प्रत्येक सिख वैसाखी त्योहार, सिख आदेश के जन्म का स्मरण है, जो नौवे गुरु तेग बहादुर के बाद शुरू हुआ और जब उन्होंने धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता के लिए खड़े होकर इस्लाम में धर्मपरिवर्तन के लिए इनकार कर दिया था तब बाद में मुगल सम्राट औरंगजेब के आदेश के तहत उनका शिरच्छेद कर दिया गया। गुरु की शहीदी ने सिख धर्म के दसवें और अंतिम गुरु के राज्याभिषेक और खालसा के संत-सिपाही समूह का गठन किया, दोनों वैसाखी दिन पर शुरू हुए थे। Vaisakhi (IAST: vaisākhī), also pronounced Baisakhi, marks the first day of the month of Vaisakh and is traditionally celebrated annually on 13 April as a celebration of spring harvest primarily in Northern India. Further, other Indian cultures and diasporas celebrate this festival too. Whilst it is culturally significant as a festival of harvest, some also consider Vaisakhi to be the legitimate date for the Indian Solar New Year. For Sikhs, in addition to its significance as the harvest festival, during which Sikhs hold kirtans, visit local Gurdwaras, community fairs, hold nagar kirtan processions, raise the Nishan Sahib flag, and gather to socialize and share festive foods, Vaisakhi observes major events in the history of Sikhism and the Indian subcontinent that happened in the Punjab region. Vaisakhi as a major Sikh festival marks the birth of the Khalsa order by Guru Gobind Singh, the tenth Guru of Sikhism, on March 30th 1699. Vaisakhi was also the day when Bengal Army officer Reginald Dyer orders his troops to shoot into a protesting crowd, an event which would come to be known the Jallianwala Bagh massacre; the massacre proved influential to the history of the Indian independence movement. This holiday also is known as Vaisakha Sankranti, based on the Hindu Vikram Samvat calendar, and is known by various regional names in other parts of India. For many Hindu communities, the festival is an occasion to ritually bathe in sacred rivers such as Ganges, Jhelum, and Kaveri, visit temples, meet friends, take part in other festivities, and perform a mandatory daan (charity) especially of hand fans, water pitchers and seasonal fruits. Community fairs are held at Hindu pilgrimage sites. In many areas, processions of temple deities are taken out.
