Rob Dickinson's video: Yinghao Coal Railway China Part 2

The Yinghao Coal Railway in Henan, China was almost entirely rural in nature, running through open countryside. The sole remaining active coal mine was at the bottom of a short but steep climb which meant that wagons were worked in part train loads which were then combined for the run down to Yinghao itself. Our four main visits there were all made in the spring/summer during the harvest season.
