Small problem: we are far from being divers! Ryan has issues equalizing his ears, and after a slightly traumatic first try at scuba diving a few years ago, the sole thought of breathing under the water made me anxious. So when Ryan approached me with the idea of trying to get our PADI certifications, I was skeptical to say the least! It took us a couple of trials to feel comfortable under the water, but we eventually did it, and decided that we were both going to do the Padi open water course.
