I've been wondering if a Traeger can sear steaks as good as my Weber Kettle and Pit Boss Pellet Grill with it's sliding flame broiler plate.To test it out, I picked up some steaks and brought them up to 125 degrees. Then I reverse seared each steak on a different grill and compared the results. I also tried a different method on the Traeger that will give you some surprising results.
