I trained and ate like Rob Lipsett for 7 days... here is what happened! Yo what is up guys, Joey Kane here. I spent a week of my life diving real deep into the training, nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle of YouTube Fitness Megastar Rob Lipsett. I knew from my first year of college that I wanted to become a fitness entrepreneur and help people to transform their lives through an enjoyable and time efficient approach to fitness. The only problem was I was so worried about achieving the perfect look, having all the knowledge, and growing my connections that I was afraid to start it. That all changed when I started watching one man's YouTube videos... That man was Rob Lipsett of course. In addition to having an all-time physique, he gives good advice, is super positive, and very inspiring. He went from college drop out to successful business owner and has spoken at every major college in his hometown of Ireland. I aspire to one day achieve accomplishments like that and more! Rob Lipsett trains 6x a week in the gym. He performs a push/pull/legs split. This allows him to hit each body part at least twice a week, train with high volume, and utilize adequate intensity. This is also double the amount of training I did to lose over 40 pounds in three months. I train full body 3x a week. Rob eats in an IIFYM format meaning that we eat the same. IIFYM allows you to eat all the foods you love as long as you are hitting your calorie and macronutrient goals. This is the absolute most enjoyable style of eating in my opinion. I also couple this with intermittent fasting, which I have taught thousands of people to do. Rob Lipsett is also a fan of intermittent fasting while he is cutting. Cutting is the process of eating in a calorie deficit to shed off body fat. Watch all the way to the end to see how Rob's training and nutrition plan worked for me!
