This weeks episode of Talking Whiskey has two Rye heavy weights facing off. I was not a rye whiskey drinker until we filmed this review. i was blown away by Whistle Pig 10 year Rye's taste. Fortune, superb taste, and hustle lead Whistle Pig to the discovery of an aged Rye Whiskey stock in Alberta, Canada. They rescued the stock from misuse as a blending whiskey, aged it in new American Oak with a bourbon barrel finish, then hand-bottled this rye on its own.
