The newcomer, who returned to earlier this year, has been caught filming dramatic scenes in the woods alongside stunt directors and doubles. Pictures appear to show that the mysterious character has been involved in a car crash as a black BMW sits battered next to a tree in the middle of the woods. An airbag fills the driver's seat as a result of an accident from a suspected high speed chase. Ali sports bloodied hands and one snap shows him looking through the shattered passenger window. Meanwhile an inidefinfied man, who has links to Michelle, sports a cut head and seems as if he's been impaled. Is there another Cobbles death on the horizon and is Ali behind it all? Spoiler pics have already showed Ali looking panicked as he's being questioned by DS MacKinnon in upcoming episodes. Whether or not the two are connected by the suspicious accident remain unknown. The grim reaper has made frequent trips to Weatherfield in recent times. Just last week, Rana Habeeb's dad Hassan passed away as a result of a stroke. Two months prior, notorious villain Pat Phelan was killed off when Anna Windass stabbed him. Viewers will have to sit tight though, as Ali's scenes won't air until later in the autumn. Coronation Street airs tonight at 7:30pm on ITV.
