Now if there's one thing we love more than celebrities, it's their adorable pets! And today, we'll be counting down the top 5 stars who really love their pets. From man's best friend to the fierce and feral, Wetpaint stars sure do love animals. Let's take a look at which stars really get down with their cuddlesome creatures. At number five, we have Nathan Fillion of Castle. This cute Canuck — and self-proclaimed non-cat person -- had his heart melted by an 18-year-old cat years ago and hasn't been the same since. Fillion told Ellen DeGeneres that he used to give his elderly feline two pills and a belly rub every day to keep her alive. Sadly, despite his efforts, Nathan's kitty recently passed away. And that, my friends, makes our hearts melt. Speaking of melting hearts, smoldering Ian Somerhalder from The Vampire Diaries clocks in at number four on our list. Ian is a well-known animal rights advocate, so you can imagine he's got himself quite a stockpile of fuzzy friends. Three cute cats that hail from all parts of the globe call Ian's Atlanta loft home. One is from Hawaii, number two is from New York, and the third is from our neighbor to the north, Canada. Yes, cat ladies, you've met your match! But Ian isn't the only TVD star with an affinity for animals. Kat Graham — better known to Vampire Diaries fans as witchy wonder woman Bonnie — also makes our list at number three. Kat is quite a friend to the furry. Not only does she love and adore her squeezable little pooch Izzy, she also harbors a soft spot in her heart for two other little rascals: her pet rats Peanut Butter and Jelly. Cute? Yes. Creepy? Um, yeah. That, too. At number two is Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Lisa Vanderpump, who just adores her squeezably soft Pomeranian, Gigolo — or Giggy for short. The Gigster is not only adorable and purse-sized, he's also the only pet on our list to have scored himself his own Hollywood agent. And his own Twitter. That's right kids, there's nothing this gorgeous creature can't do. And coming in at number one: Jersey Shore's own Jenny "J-Woww" Farley. We got to witness J-Woww's love for animals when she brought her two previously homeless pooches, Bella and Noel, to the Jersey Shore. That's love right there! But after watching those rousing little rascals, we know why J-Woww had such an easy time fitting in with the animals at the Jersey Shore house. Well, that's all folks!
