Heres a Full Body Workout you all can do in the comfort of your own home! All you'll need is a pair of Dumbells 👍🏻 When I first started working out all I had was these 20 lbs Dumbells and used calisthenics. You dont need a ton of fancy equipment to build an amazing physique or get it a great workout 💪🏻 Full Workout Perform 4-5 Rounds, 10-20 Reps, Rest 30-45 Seconds in between exercises ✖Pushups- Rows ✖Squats-Arnold press ✖Side raises ✖Single leg deadlifts ✖Alternating Curls ✖Rear flys ✖Tricep kickbacks ✖Close Grip pushups ✖Jackknives ✖Sits ups
