antishay's video: The Accountability Challenge - Week 1 -- intro info back to weight loss

It's time for something new! This is THE ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE (TAC). Jason (tbossbone) and I are challenging each other once a week to mix it up and stay on track :D EVERY week we have 2 regular "challenges": 1. track calories every day 2. exercise 3x/week Every week we will give each other a new challenge for the next week. Each week that the OTHER person completes the challenge, we put $5 in a jar. We can also tip $1 here and there for good behavior, inspiration, creativity, etc. :P At the END of the challenge we will total the jars and the difference in the totals in the jars will be sent to the other party.
