Hola AMIGOS!!!! ustedes van a pensar que este Chef se está volviendo loco en China, hoy les presento una receta super sencilla de cómo preparar una tierna planta florar para comer y saborear su exótico sabor y refrescante textura. Se llama PORTULACA y no falta en ningún jardín sin percatarnos que la misma es una panacea de la salud humana...no le falta nada, tiene todo lo que nuestro organismo necesita y lo mejor es que crece como un yuyo sin necesidad de mucho cuidado... Los dejo con Le COQ ROUGE y la receta. Que les aproveche y les resulte sabroso!!! A mi me encantan y me ayudan a mantener mi presión sanguínea estable.
